Patch

Embroidery uses polyester thread to stitch designs directly onto fabrics for permanent.

However, embroidery is not suitable for fabrics that are too thin or delicate as it can damage the material.

Additionally, embroidery is not ideal for small designs smaller than 3cm, as there is not enough space to showcase intricate details.

Patch embroidery involves stitching the design onto a relatively stiff patch, which is then affixed to the garment.

Compared to direct embroidery onto fabric, patch embroidery often achieves better design definition and detail.

Embroidery is not suitable for very thin or delicate fabrics, excessively large or small designs, or designs with gradient colors.
